At Fine Signs, every floor wrap is custom-made to order. We take pride in delivering premium-quality products while ensuring your order arrives on time for your event.

Design Proof

  • Initial design proof: 3–5 business days
  • Unlimited minor revisions until final approval

Production Time

  • Standard production: 2–3 weeks after design approval
  • Production begins only after the final artwork has been approved.

Rush Orders

Need your order sooner?

We offer Rush Production for select orders based on our production schedule.

Additional rush fees may apply.

Standard Shipping

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped through trusted national carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location and package size.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment until delivery.

Fine Signs is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package/product
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will work quickly to resolve the problem.

Important Note

Because every floor wrap is custom designed and printed specifically for your event, production cannot begin until the final artwork has been approved.

To ensure on-time delivery, we recommend placing your order at least 4–6 weeks before your event date.
